About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland and Vermont. My educational background includes an undergraduate degree at Northern Illinois University and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling at Texas Tech University. I decided to embark on an second act as a therapist. I studied clinical rehabilitation counseling during undergrad and decided to go to grad school to finish what I started. After finishing graduate school and obtaining my license, I have worked in many different settings, including mental health clinics, hospitals, and group practice. I love seeing people grow and become the best version of themselves. Bringing a wealth of real world experience and a desire to guide people on their own journey toward growth and fulfillment, I empower clients to find their inner strength to create positive change.

While not working, I enjoy hiking outdoors, mindful coloring, reading mystery novels, and spending time with family and friends.
